My Story

Hey, ya'll! My name is Mary Jesse. I am originally from Oak Cliff, Texas - born and raised.  I was raised by Mexican parents, and grew up watching (and devouring) my mother's delicious cooking. Both my family and Texas are the biggest influences in my life and in my cooking.

Several years ago, I decided to pursue my passion for cooking, and now I'm a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Dallas. It has been the best decision I have ever made!

I have a passion for incredible food, savory sauces and pickling. On my site, I document the culinary experiences that inspire me to create the many home-made products that are available in the shop portion of this site.

All my products are made from scratch by hand, and come from what is inspiring me in my continuous search for the best foods!
